It started as a business dream for two and has become an exciting reality for many…

LeRêve was founded in Sydney, Australia in 1988 by Jenny & Phil Hobby – two visionary entrepreneurs who had a dream for the ideal enterprise and a passion for fine French fragrance. Their dream was to create a company that could provide the opportunity for ‘ordinary’ people, particularly women, to work and grow their own home-based business with unlimited income and reward opportunities – and thereby fulfill their own dreams. That’s why Jenny & Phil named the Company ‘LeRêve’ – French for ‘The Dream’.

Our Philosophy

We are a family business that puts people first in everything we do. Our Company creed for 30 years and counting is ‘People First Always’ and our biggest celebration is reflected in the successes and lifestyles of the beautiful people who belong to our cause. That cause is more than just sharing the world’s best Fragrance, Aromatherapy and Skincare products within our communities, it’s about inviting others to join and supporting them to grow with us and achieve their dreams.

From 16 little bottles of concentrated Parfum marketed via the traditional Party Plan model, to a modern Social Selling Company offering a diverse range of Fragrance, Aromatherapy and Skincare products, LeRêve is an evolving enterprise at the forefront of product and business innovation.

We are blessed with inspiring Consultants operating in all corners of Australia and New Zealand, promoting our products online and at Parties. Some share the products with family and friends devoting just a few hours a week. Many operate their LeRêve business fulltime to enjoy greater rewards and a more enriching lifestyle than that offered by a typical 9 to 5 job. Between them they hold 20,000 Parties each year and sell a LeRêve product or set to someone, somewhere, every two minutes.
